The quality is ok on the whole, it has some small flaws.
Just right for the city. If you live outside the city or drive a lot on the highway, take the spikes. Got pros: Fast, not noisy, soft enough and therefore comfortable. Rutting keeps. The city of St. Petersburg will be just right. Who drives more on the highway, you probably need to think about studded tires. Has some cons: Worn out in one season. The collapse, etc. did. Controlled pressure. Mileage no more than 15 t. Km. Might be too active. Maybe winter was just like autumn. There is little snow and not particularly cold.
