Review on Cisco DPC3008 Cable Modem: Compatible with Xfinity/Comcast, Spectrum, AT&T, TWC, Cox, and Leading Internet Providers, DOCSIS 3.0 Modem by Drew Beckett

I mounted this vertically on a cabinet I keep my printer and router about 3 inches from the wall. I haven't had any overheating issues and I'm seeing 170-185Mbps all the time with no slowdown during the day or evening. Take full advantage of the Xfinity X1 Blast pack I signed up for. I had no issues with the used/refurbished unit I purchased. I have a large home/business network with multiple routers and access points, and this modem handles traffic well thanks to 8x4 DOCSIS 3.0 hardware and advanced IPv6 capabilities. I'm using this with an ASUS RT-AC68U and three Wi-Fi hotspots and my network has never been better. Comcast recently came out and installed an active signal boost filter on my line a few months before I ordered it, and I've since gone from an erratic 20-50Mbps to full speed.
