They don't warp or wear out too quickly. The length of the screws is just right so as not to penetrate the deck like with the CANDYBARS. They are comparable to Powell fins. If you like ribs you won't be disappointed. The only complaint is that they are extremely difficult - almost impossible - to bend and shape during use. Jeff Grosso himself told me that this is his best bet. and I trusted him and he didn't let me down. (In the picture: Yes, my graphics are worn, but that's due to the way I placed the rails.
