I wanted a way to hear music from both my iPhone (Pandora etc) and an Echo Dot (via Revain Music) through a set of speakers. I purchased this product and it was easy to set up (using the RCA connectors) and pair with both devices (this was September 2016). This month (January 2017) he died - it could not be accessed via Echo or the phone. I contacted the seller via email through Amazon and was pleasantly surprised with the response within 24 hours. The item was under warranty and a replacement was sent quickly. The new one was installed quickly and everything works fine. I was impressed with both the product and the support and would recommend it. As for failure, anything can happen. The important point is how the seller reacts.
