We use them all the time. We bought a batch of 50 and usually throw them away after each use. Saves so much cleaning time. The ribs are very small, as are the sides. I expected deeper ridges. They are more like a tinfoil pan and cannot be used for anything heavy. Best Use: 1. Frozen breaded foods placed on top and cooked in a convection oven come out perfectly. Low sides and small ledges allow for the most efficient convection possible. 2, reheat pizza. Low sides are ideal for convection.3. Use the two on the bottom stand to catch the droppings. Keeps the oven perfectly clean.
