I have ordered these before but in smaller quantities. They are light and last time they were sent in a bag which did little to protect them from damage. This time they came in a box and are PERFECT! Designed for cooking for two or three people, these small pans greatly reduce cleanup and mess, and anything can be cooked in one griddle pan. Make sure you put a small baking sheet underneath to avoid accidents. Love it!

I use them for roasting salmon and meat. Can only be reused when reheating something like bread. I use two pans at a time (one can sag under the weight of the food) and throw the top one away after cooking. I like the ledges because they allow for drips, and since metal is a good conductor, this air space prevents the food on the bottom from being overcooked. We use them all the time. We bought a batch of 50 and usually throw them away after each use. Saves so much cleaning time. The ribs are very small, as are the sides. I expected deeper ridges. They are more like a tinfoil pan and cannot be used for anything heavy. Best Use: 1. Frozen breaded foods placed on top and cooked in a convection oven come out perfectly. This size fits my deep toaster. I just have to bend the sides a bit as there is a margin of about 1 inch. I use them primarily for frying chicken pieces and they soak up any drips so the food stays elevated and doesn't sit in the fat. Much easier than using a frying pan and aluminum foil (which still tends to leak and make a mess) and I couldn't find anything of this size locally. I have already ordered again.
