I use them for roasting salmon and meat. Can only be reused when reheating something like bread. I use two pans at a time (one can sag under the weight of the food) and throw the top one away after cooking. I like the ledges because they allow for drips, and since metal is a good conductor, this air space prevents the food on the bottom from being overcooked. These pots are the same as the ones you find in supermarkets but they are cheaper from Revain. They often save me the trouble of washing pots, but let's face it, it's not good for the environment.
