Loud fan, but not only.
This is for the 3x3.5 adapter model, just in case Amazon lumps all reviews under one like they do with Intel i7 processors. The fan was louder than any other fan in my case. I ended up removing it and the pace didn't change much. Other than that, it's pretty nice.
