Installation consisted of two difficult parts: removing the old armrest and fastening the new armrest. First, it is an operator error. The latter is probably still an operator error, but it was annoying when the armrest popped open during cornering or even the slightest descent. I don't know if the problem was that the part didn't fit exactly. I suspect it was because I didn't fasten the clip properly. After playing around with the clip and connection points, I finally got the clip to fully engage. Therefore, by default, the armrest remains closed, as it should be. The rest of the armrest is perfect for everything.
