The knife cuts beautifully and looks sexy. The quality of the stainless steel leaves a lot to be desired as in less than two months it has already started to show small rust spots on one side of the blade. We handled the knife with care, hand washing it immediately after each use and not putting it in the dishwasher. I will never buy an Orblue product again. We have cheap cutlery that has been abused daily, stood in standing water and oiled dishes for days, has been washed in the dishwasher for 30 years and has not tarnished. This "chic" knife looks like an old man after just a few months of meticulous care. It's meant for garbage. I had to listen to other reviewers complain about the poor quality of stainless steel. Fail :-(
