The hardware is excellent as evidenced by online reviews and use by many trusted electronics educators. However, the software (PC/Android/iOS) and documentation/manual is very challenging, 3 star rating. Presumably it's software and iOS software, but it took a list query to find it on the App Store, which still doesn't indicate the existence of an iOS app. When the documentation is accessed via a QR code on a card in the product box, it leads to a file-sharing site full of virus ads that try to trick users into installing something they don't need and that has nothing to do with it has to do with the UM25c. The photos show what to expect. After 4 separate attempts to simply download the PDF manual from this official link I gave up. I don't install VPN malware, watch irrelevant promotional videos, or create an account on a file sharing system to download documentation. Shame on you, Rui Deng, for such unprofessional product advice and software distribution. System.
