As detailed elsewhere, these USB mini fridges are designed to keep a previously chilled can of soda longer, and they do it well. The first one, bought two years ago, started making a lot of fan noise after two years of continuous use (we use it to keep insulin cool on the bathroom countertop so we don't need to keep insulin in the kitchen - we plug it straight in). a handy outlet in the bathroom, with a USB wall charger from a defunct Blackberry phone). It still cools well, but the fan was very noisy, so we recently got a second one. Without criticizing them for being worth their money (what can you expect from a $30 fridge?). Works well for our needs.
