I am so happy with these pans, love the design, color and functionality, they clean up like a dream, great cookware makes all the difference. They've only been used for about a month so won't affect shelf life. Do not use stainless steel scrubbers to clean pans, wash them after each use and then wipe off the water with a clean dry tea towel, your pans are as good as new!
