For glass grinding, this is the best I've found.

I use grinders with my Dremel for stained glass. I make mosaics but I prefer larger pieces of glass which are often very difficult to cut satisfactorily. I like this type of ridge the most. They really do their job. While they don't last very long, they do last longer than small and flimsy ones.
