Very disappointed. best power converters

Ordered and when connected to 120V AC it worked perfectly. If the input is 220VAC, the phase switching circuits will not carry enough current to run a hair dryer, brush vacuum or induction motor fan, or even a 75W incandescent lamp. The motors barely run and the lamp burns at about 1/6 the brightness. Second block, same results. The results are the same for split-phase 240 VAC and single-phase 240 VAC. I also checked the voltages and waveforms with an oscilloscope and digital voltmeters. These two devices just didn't do the step-by-step conversion I needed to run anything. I was impressed with the adapters that came with it.
