The best thing I like about it is ability to easily see patient's appointments in one place (if there are issues with scheduling/availability). It would be great if we could set reminders at scheduled appointment time instead of having popups all day long. Also all other data entry must be done using this app. But yes, sometimes when trying to update info its not updating in realtime too. We are managing schedule and appointments pretty much without using paper anymore! The best feature is the ability to create custom protocols for many different drugs. There are some minor bugs here and there but we've had no issues with the system as a whole. We are able to quickly update our medical records for new medications or changes in dosage.
