Everything worked for about a week! The Wi-Fi reception dropped from excellent to poor. The old Roku 2 device he replaced is still showing great Wi-Fi coverage in the area! I figured it was a one time problem with this unit only. However, later visits to Roku's online forums reveal that this is a fairly common problem with the Express model. Waste of money, time and effort.
