All components worked perfectly except easy disassembly. Depth was required to work properly. To my dismay the bolt had broken halfway through the hole and I had to use a Lisle rotary extractor kit which I also ordered here. I thought the faucet was on but no. Haven't used it YET but it would be a great addition to a great set and would make it quite complete. I'll take one and keep it handy. Mine is hard because there is no space. I do it in the truck. The left front top was tight. I did this using a portable drill press and an angle gear. 1.5 hours due to lack of space. The coil removal tools listed below were used. The included faucet failed to hook due to the short remaining bolt. The left front ground was almost impossible. I have a smaller chuck and a 3/8 chuck adapter. Then I used my Husky 3/8 electric ratchet and removed every obstruction I could (hoses, wire harnesses) from the entire area. It was very slow drilling as you can imagine but as suggested remove and clean, oil and try again. I took the drills and cut them to 2 different lengths as they were very close together and I had to mount them in the drill chuck in the drill chuck with the adapter guide on the drill and jiggle them to the plate hole. Once I got about 3/16 of an inch, I was able to insert one of the Lisle spiral pullers into the bolt. I used the same extractor as above or a size larger. It took about 2.2 1/2 hours. Make sure you tap the threads or you'll struggle with new rivets. I used 304 stainless steel hardware from a guy from Wakefield Massachusetts at MST Metric Screw and Tool. He sells them here in packs of 8 or 16 depending on what you need. I bought them for the same price elsewhere 3 years ago and now he's selling them here for about the same price. Second replacement of the passenger side manifold as I used gaskets supplied by Dorman. Do yourself a favour. Use only OEM seals. They are of excellent quality. Since I'm wearing down my keyboard with this review, I'll throw in these tidbits while I've fought and won the battle. It's just that the time has come and I like to share my thoughts and knowledge. For some, it might be best to just remove the heads and swap out the timing kit, oil pump and gaskets while you're there. Someone asked if this would work with all the rivets broken. I'd say it's possible, but there has to be at least a head start. The vise can pull it out, or weld a bolt to it, or pull out the head and ship it, or maybe get a used head. When things get this bad, you probably have no choice but to take your head off. Then you could somehow pin that template and start the project. Strike the center of your best tenon, drill slowly, checking and correcting the alignment before proceeding. Drilling a stud costs your project time and money that will grow very quickly, or even faster than it already was.
