Don't be confused Comcast has good high speed internet and HD TV. But since I live in an apartment building, I've had some complaints about the Comcast signal skipping when renters download files from the Internet and watch certain channels (Bravo TV, TNT, A&E, and Discovery) at the same time. So I bought a few of these hoping to solve the constant maintenance problem. I suppose I could tell them to "grind" it since it's technically a Comcast issue, but that's not how I work.
