Review on 🍲 Cook N Home Stainless Steel 16 Quart Stockpot with Lid: Efficient and Reliable! by Jason Robinson

I am very satisfied with this pan so far and have used it several times. It's nice, deep, and good for cooking pasta, preparing dry beans, and making soups. 18/10 stamped on the bottom; I don't recall seeing this information on a product page. I followed the directions and used liquids the first few times, which should prevent "rainbows" and discoloration, but it didn't quite work. Otherwise it cleans up easily, especially with lemon juice as suggested. One incredible feature is true: the handles do NOT get hot. Cooking is fun with this pot. EDIT March 2018: I really love this pan and use it often. However, I don't like the scratches I'm seeing on the bottom of the pot now, must be from stirring food.
