Review on Aprimo Campaign by Tom Roberts

The ability for us is really nice as we can see our performance over time; what's working well & where improvements are needed!The only thing I dislike about aprima campaingn software was when i used this at my previous employer - they were not able fix issues fast enough so clients would start thinking of another vendor if you didn't get things right away after an issue came up (and there could be many). Being parto rofitally focused means knowing how people shop online/offline etc helps me understand problems from both sides which makes solving them easier!
