Review on SunFounder Raspberry Pi Smart Video Robot Car Kit V2.0: Explore with Graphical Visual Programming Language, Pi 4B Included by Nicholas Lim

When I received and opened the box with the robot car, it was packed very loosely. The screwdriver pierced the box. Although all the parts were there, it was in ruins. When I started assembling the car, the rear half plate angle support for the two bikes was not 90 degrees. I contacted the company about this and the replacement was fine. They said it was ok but they would send a new backplate half. It was 3 weeks ago. I also had trouble fitting the rear wheels onto the wheel motors without using force. The document talked about simply detaching wheels that barely fit. They said they would continue to operate and use the force necessary. I did that and I hope I didn't put too much pressure on the engines. Since I still haven't received the backplate, I'll mount the chains. The cables of the two circuits were shorter than we would like. I can't support and never got a reply. I managed to connect two of the 5 circuits. I hope I didn't unplug the wires. Once I have the lithium batteries I will program the Raspberry Pi, complete the build and test the machine. This company is based in China and it looks like the deal is on. But this product and service are below quality.
