After trying this semi-circular rack, I don't think I'll ever go back to using a regular strainer. Its sturdy stainless steel build and ergonomic design ensures all excess oil from my cooking drains away neatly without any spills or mess. The compact size also means it's easy to store away without taking up too much space in my kitchen. The only downside is that it's a little on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth the investment for hassle-free oil draining.
