Customer service is non-existent.
The shelf arrived with an incorrectly drilled lever. I contacted Louisville for a replacement and they took my information but never went any further. After calling several times and speaking to very friendly representatives who said they would be in touch with a replacement part, no one really answered once, not once. The return period has already expired, so I lost the value and the shelf. I have always been very happy with my Louisville stairs but after a useless embarrassing performance from their customer service I will only buy Werner from now on.
