These magnetic clamps/attachments are the answer to my welding prayers! 4 units per set (2 medium, 2 small) are very useful for securing staples, tabs, covers in place, ready for stapling. The magnets themselves on the two smaller clamps are strong enough to hold the part even if you accidentally poke it with cored wire. You can navigate in a variety of positions and angles and work great on flat or round work pieces. You can combine more than one device to hold what would otherwise be almost impossible to hold securely and precisely in place. However, they can be easily moved or removed to complete the weld. The clips are made of thick and durable steel with a gold plating, making them easy to see through the lens hood. Strong Hand Tools also makes larger magnet-resistant versions, modifications, and additions to increase their usefulness. Don't get carried away with the cheaper lightweight fakes that aren't square and the magnets fall out, they're worth the asking price. I plan to order more of these and their accessories very soon.
