They are not the size the claim. Customer service doesn't care.

I bought 100 of the Thick 6in Bullysticks. They are supposed to be 5/8" to 3/4". I can pick up a handful of 10 of these, and at least 7 or 8 do not measure 5/8" at ANY spot on the bully stick. I would say I have at least 40 that are 1/4" to 1/2" x 1/4" to 1/2". when I complained and said, according to their chart, they should charge the price of the MEDIUM size, which most of these are. Their response is that they "hand grade" them. No, you sell thousands and DON'T hand grade. I hand graded them. When no diameter is over 1/2", why are they included in this "THICK" batch. They should be playing it better safe than sorry, and if it's questionable, don't put it up a size. The only real way to do these things is by weight. (100 thick 6" bully sticks were only 4 pounds by the way.) However, most of the people selling dog products don't care about anything but profit and will just add bad things to give the bully sticks weight. At least get the size right. My 40 pound dog chews through these in about 10 minutes. I remember giving red barn and they lasted FOREVER. Too bad they are all so expensive. I still paid well over a hundred for these, and feel ripped off. They are paying to have the ones that weren't to size sent back. So I'm sending over 60 back, since my dogs have already ate some of the small ones.
