Very good kit. Square insert nuts in a separate bag. Screws in a separate bag. Plastic shoulder washers in separate bag. close by to keep all parts in place between uses. And keeps the square nuts from scraping the pretty black screws. The insert nut fits perfectly into the square holes in our server rack, fits exactly what you want so they don't pop out of the rail when you try to insert the screw and tighten it with one hand while holding the item you are climbing up with the other. The nut appeared to be anodized gold, the finish was easy to hold in hand. nice black anodizing, when installing screws, the surface was not chipped or scratched. The head of the screw is also large, it doesn't want to fall into the grooves of your mounting part. The plastic washers did not fall apart when tightening the screw and did not run out from under the screw head. The whole kit worked great for building our engineering server rack. There's still work to be done, but I've used one set of mounting screws for 75% of what I need it for. I used about 1/3 of the pack and there are no bad parts. I would buy again. There were so many other options on Amazon to buy from other sources and so many had 50/50 complaints.
