UPDATE 10/22/20: I wish I could change the rating to zero because another one of these heaters stopped working in less than 6 months. So upsetting that we spent so much money on a product that is clearly awful. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. I bought 5 of these for office workers in February 2020 just before COVID closed our office for a couple of months and we weren't even around to use them at all. From the beginning we had problems with the purchase. One arrived unfit for work and luckily we were able to return it. Another smell of burning came several times. Two of them turn themselves off very often, which we think is a safety feature that prevents overheating, but makes it somewhat useless when you need heat and it only pops up every once in a while. One of them stopped working in October 2020, meaning we only used it sporadically for around 5-6 months. The only reason we didn't notice anything about the 5th heater is that it was hardly used. We are very disappointed with this product. We will not be buying these again and would like to return them all for a better product.
