This was our first year using this service, but we are very pleased with their services so far! They have been extremely professional in working to meet all of my needs as an advocate for CongressPlusCare Insurance Company. I am always made welcome into any meetings or events they host, which is essential when representing your organization at such high levels. We also appreciate that they work collaboratively with us every step along the way; there's no need to worry about being micromanaged by someone who doesn't understand what you're trying accomplish - it's just not how things should be done if you want results from those involved. The only downside has been having some issues finding people within other departments (e.g., Accountants) to help me out more often than needed. Keep up the great work, guys!!
