I like having access to a wide variety of different issues that affect veterans throughout the country, through their website. Also, it is really easy for me to find out what programs are available in my area, as well as contacting a local VA office directly when needed! There have been times where they have had glitches or problems with logging into some of our accounts, which can be frustrating.
