I like having access to a wide variety of different issues that affect veterans throughout the country, through their website. Also, it is really easy for me to find out what programs are available in my area, as well as contacting a local VA office directly when needed! There have been times where they have had glitches or problems with logging into some of our accounts, which can be frustrating. However, I think the ability to log-in from anywhere makes up for this minor annoyance, since sometimes we work remotely. We use this service daily, especially during tax time. It has saved us so much time because now all of our forms must only be submitted electronically online instead of physically going to each field office and filling them out one by one.
