I hate writing reviews after trying a product. So I waited a few months before writing. In the 3 months I've had the Switch I've had 2 issues with the product. I contacted tech support and within a few emails my issue was resolved. The second issue I had could not be resolved and once resolved the company offered to send a new switch. I have never had any problems with the company, for me it is VERY important. A company that stands behind their product and cares about their customers is a company I can trust when I shop again. I know that if I have problems, they will take care of me. The box is easy to use and requires ONLY 2 simple cables per system to be connected. Other systems have multiple cables or bulky cables. And the size of the box is small enough that it doesn't take up too much space on my desk.
