Not quite the right color.

Installation was easy - you can watch a youtube video first - installation took about 10 minutes (including the time to find and watch the video). The color is lighter than stock and the holes that the screws go in are a little bigger than they should be so the screws aren't as tight, but as they say it was only $28 compared to the cheapest OEM that I was able to get cost $125. and the hole is gone. My photos were taken under the light of an LED spotlight - later I will try to add another one with natural light.
