95 F150 5.8L. The throttle works great, there's a little howl on hard acceleration because you have to align the TB connector with the manifold, but it doesn't matter if you don't want to. I'm giving it 2 stars because the top hose fitting points directly to the EGR valve leaving no room for a standard radiator hose to connect to it. Standard TB hose connections face the front of the truck. So I bypassed the TB and routed the hose straight to the water pump as shown in the photos. The only reason radiator fluid is leaking through the TB is people living in arctic weather keeping the TB warm, since I live in Oklahoma it doesn't matter.
