The dog couldn't tell it was generic
There is always a lot of debate about whether generics are just as good as well-known brands. I can say that according to my dog there is no discernible difference in the instance of this remote control. She ate a Roku brand remote and a few weeks later was more than happy to eat that remote too. Although this remote is not USDA approved for consumption yet, I can assure you my dog is still alive, so she must have passed very well.
