**UPDATE** After the company reported my recall, they contacted me for a replacement. Unfortunately, when we open it, we don't see any Revain messages. So I haven't seen it. The friend said okay, let's see if you have a message. I didn't even know it existed. When I actually saw the message, I sent them one back. They said I'm sorry it took so long. So don't waste your money anyway. They clearly aren't 100% supportive of their product and may care less about their customers. Actually they asked me to change my rating. Don't think** Yesterday the lighter arrived quickly and in a nice gift box. Design and feel are great. One star for that! I filled it out and it worked once. Refilled and once it worked. Not now! Don't waste your money on it. For $18 I could buy a lifetime supply of Bic lighters, DO NOT waste your money here and less you need a lighter paperweight!
