After many years of making salsa by hand, a friend referred me to a salsa master. I was a little skeptical because I believe it takes effort and work to get something right. I received the chopper and a part broke during transport. A short email to the seller and the next day the spare part was with me. I assembled the salsa chopper in about 30 seconds and decided to try a recipe that was basically my own. The time saver with the salsa chopper was wonderful. You can put in large chunks of different ingredients, put on the lid and start rolling. If you like chunky salsa, a few turns of the blade will suffice. Center? A few more rounds. Excellent? keep turning After another 30 seconds your salsa is ready. And delicious goodness! Everyone likes! Highly recommended.
