W) a pure sine wave (PSW) inverter worked fine on the same circuit for about a year (I needed more amps so I bought a samplex). My multimeter showed that the circuit had a lot of resistance, so there wasn't a short. I disconnected everything in the circuit except the inverter and it still didn't work when connected to the circuit. Samlex has a very good reputation for reliability and durability, but something is wrong with the unit I received. I returned it and bought a Giandel 1200W PSW inverter which has been working great for a few weeks now.
