Allows us centralized visibility into patients
We like that we are able to see our patient population from all over the state in one place. It is easy to connect with physicians and other members of the team when I need help or have questions. The ability to add notes directly to a patient's profile makes it very convenient for me as well. The only thing I dislike about this service is the price. There has been no way to lower our costs since we started using it. If you are looking to centralize an entire group of providers for a state, then this is a must-have tool.
Pros
- All communication needs through email/phone can be done right there within docs without having to call each individually which saves time! Also great support system available 24 hours daily via chat at any hour :)
Cons
- Only downside was finding out cost before implementation but once implemented could not regret anything!!
