As mentioned above, there are two types of mirror glass replacements. The first thing I got was the wrong type of mount on the mirror motor. So I just ordered another style which after looking closely at the photos of the second one seemed to be the right one. A small amount of grease/lubricant, even petroleum jelly, will help keep the mirror in place. It also helps if the glass is "fairly" warm (not too hot), which will soften the plastic a little during installation. Press gently with a washcloth-like cloth, applying even pressure. Hooks for the mirror on top If I remember correctly there are 2 "hooks" on the top 2 points. So far (2 months) everything is fine. Good luck to you all.
