This is way better than swapping the monitor cable back and forth!
This switch works exactly as described and makes shifting so much easier! I have a Dell laptop and a Lenova PC connected to the same monitor and keyboard now and I can switch between them with no problem. I've been using this switch for several weeks with no problems. The attached photos show the switch assembled and how the cables that came with the switch connect to my PC and laptop.
