Review on Neiko 10197A 5 Piece Titanium Drill Set by Chris Smotherman

Complete scrap no idea why this product is rated so highly. I would assume they are only good for plastic or very thin wall tubing. When they arrived I immediately noticed that they didn't look very sharp. Mild steel pipe (boat trailer). The rest of the chisels don't even dent: even moving slowly with lots of oil and a large initial size, most chisels won't even start cutting! I also tried fast moving and tried different sizes. All but one bit were completely useless. A drill that worked only enlarged 3 holes before it stopped working. For comparison, I have a large red single stage drill that is sold at the big orange store that I have used for drilling for years. the same material. I felt like it was getting a little slow so I decided to give it a try. I ended up going back to my old well used stair riser which wasn't really that much more expensive and worked way better than all of those risers. I will throw her out.
