Review on 🌟 Revolutionary PHROZEN UV Curing Photopolymer: Shrinkage-Reducing and Non-Brittle Solution by Anthony Heinrichs

(UPDATE 10/14/20) Now that I have enough supplies I was able to buy 6 more bottles for a good supply of resin. Already used up 1 1/2 bottles last week, October 5th. I have found that with this new stock the mud issue mentioned below does not affect me as quickly as it did with the first batch in September. This party feels a lot better. Still separates quickly and requires mixing every other print. But at least now I know what to expect from games that aren't very good. So, I've been using this resin for a week now. I was only able to purchase one bottle before selling out and hopefully getting more with replenishment. Review. So far my week of use and permanent printing I love this resin! The detail and quick cure with the monochrome setting is great! I use Mars 2 Pro with 2 second speed. The detail is fantastic and on par with some of the more expensive resins, which typically cost around $70-$80 per bottle. This new 4k resin kicks it out of the park. But there are disadvantages here too. I only noticed after 5-6 days of printing that the resin actually had 2 issues. First: It flakes off very quickly, so it needs to be mixed regularly. With most resins I use I can sit for more than 3 days before noticing separation. This resin does this within 24 hours of sitting. So stir often! 2nd: I noticed a problem with sludge formation. I prefer elegoo abs and FTD Industrial Blend resins and I have never considered either resin as a residue. But with this new 4K resin I noticed a support drop after day 4 and on day 5 the print failed. I cleaned my vat and plugged the strainer because the build up was so bad after almost a week. This sediment also stuck to the models so I had to use a brush to clean it off. The best that can be said is that this resin prints fantastically well despite being so cheap IF! You have a monochrome screen for printing. But since 2018 comes with resin maintenance.
