I returned this because I found the poles supporting the mesh cover had broken in half. I didn't notice it at first, so I had a chance to use it a couple of times. Here are my thoughts. We go well through grass, roots and the usual tree debris. Provides a smooth ride for my pup. It's wide and long on the inside so my 10.5 pound poodle had enough room to sit, lay down and roll over. I added a bath mat for softness but inside was a soft pillow. There was a zippered pocket on the back, which is convenient for quick access to things. I've never actually zipped the lid up, so no comments here. If the handle hadn't been so short I would have replaced the broken one instead of sending it back. I'm 5ft 3in and had a hard time pushing her in front of me. I kept kicking the stroller while walking and ended up stepping to the side to avoid this problem. Overall, especially after buying another stroller, it's clear that this one has some great features and feels well made. Unfortunately, for me at least, the height was an issue I couldn't live with.
