IT'S NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!
DO NOT BUY! This "stand" has many disadvantages. I deal with AV stands regularly. Compared to Mid-Atlantic or Sunusi, it's not even in the same city, let alone a stadium. Do not attempt to open this device while ANY HARDWARE is installed. The hinges don't feel fully engaged when they are. I only had shelves installed and when I pulled the pins out to make it recline the other end kept popping out and I had to struggle to get it back in place. Hinge release pins are not available when the rack is full. You must use the top and bottom 1U to access it. Standard "Middle Atlantic/Sanus" rack screws will not fit. If you use this you will be disappointed.
