Good for light use.
If you need something for beauty, that's OK. If you use a truck bed, chances are it will break pretty quickly. I've had mine for about 3 months and broke one of the 6 straps, I've continued to use it with the bungee and within a month 2 more were broken (they break off where they connect to the bed net).
