Review on Dometic 320 Series Standard Height RV Toilet in White - 302320081 by Peris Holland

Bought a Dometic 320 with water spray and have been very happy with it in our motorhome for a number of years. I noticed there was water on the floor near the toilet. My husband started repairing and ordering parts and couldn't find them online or in local stores. My husband searched the internet and YouTube for repairs and the answer was - no parts - replace the toilet. We called the manufacturer and after 20 minutes of waiting on the phone they said they don't sell these custom replacement parts that the public needs. The only way out was to buy a new toilet. We can't believe they would sell anything and NOT offer toilet repair parts! We are returning the toilet that we previously cleaned in the van as we kept it. I'm glad we did! We bought a Dometic 320 because my husband wanted a higher toilet. One part - the ball seal for the repair - we were able to get from Revain, but the seals and nut inserts needed for this repair - forget it! Dissatisfied that Dometic doesn't sell us the parts we need.
