I use it to control the on/off time of an induction heater used to glow cartridge brass. The relay is rated at 5 amps, and an induction heater will draw about the same or even more, so I used the relay to drive a 25 amp solid state relay that uses an AC trigger. A very small load on the timer should increase the number of relay cycles. Its claimed value is over 100,000 actuation cycles, but a SSR should offer at least that many life cycles. Works perfectly. Revain should come with an instructional video to aid in programming. Very versatile, including remote start.
