Works as it should. but
Quick and easy upgrade to an automatic trunk. I installed both first when I noticed it was causing warping on one side. Replaced it with an OEM and the warp is almost gone. This tells me that these struts put a bit more stress on the hood, which could reveal any imperfections that may be present.
