Very well packaged. No scratches or scrapes. It looks so beautiful. I love how it feels on my hands and I love the colors. I paid full price for it so no one is forcing me to give a dishonest review. Let's start1. Comes with attached cable and 3 different attachments.2. I don't like the way a batter mixer is made. It doesn't have a center section like a traditional hand mixer. The normal hand mixer attachment comes with 5 lines, but this one has 4 lines. I hope you get what I mean lol I have a picture but when I use this nozzle it squirts during use if you are not careful so honestly I hate this nozzle.3. I really like the beater, I use it for whipping and dough as I don't like the dough hook. I tried to see if my regular hand mixer would fit this hand mixer but it doesn't. I've used it maybe 3 times and I use a fork but for a larger dough I will use it. 5. Easy to clean6. Stands upright alone or in drilling position. I like this function very much. In general I like them. I'm going to use a hand mixer before going with my regular hand mixer. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the attachment to the test, it annoyed me lol. I did laugh at first when the dough was all over the place but then I wasn't happy when it was time to clean up lol
